Hi I would like to buy your app how do I it won’t let me

    1. kellitrainer says:

While on your iPad or in iTunes, find the grade level you are looking for in the App store and click the button to download. Once you open the app, you will have the opportunity to purchase the complete version with more features and questions. Which grade(s) are you looking for?

  4. K Pingel says:

My school has purchased the Math In Focus curriculum K-5. Do you know if the IPad app for the Bar Modeling can be downloaded for our class set of Ipads using an authentication code from HMH for FREE or will we need to purchase the app for each Ipad? I see the FREE version only allows a user to play a few of the games, etc.

    1. kellitrainer says:

Kari, it’s best to check with your HMH Account Manager regarding the in-app upgrade purchase. They can quote you discounted pricing based on your Math in Focus purchase and provide the authentication code. The free version features just a few problems, but is a way to have the application on all iPads, allowing students to take advantage of the “play” mode where you can use content from your grade-level materials.

      1. Elissa says:

I have tried to upgrade this app in iTunes and it is “unable to complete my purchase”. Is there a reason for this?

  5. Sharon says:

Hi I am interested in your app, but I can’t seem to find it in the app store?

    1. kellitrainer says:

Sharon, which grade level are you looking for? This article features links that should open iTunes if you are on your computer. If you are searching on your iPad at the App Store, you can search Curious George and look for other Apps by the same author, which include all of the Singapore Math: Bar Models Apps.

  6. Educator says:

Has anyone had any luck contacting HMH about education pricing? I have spoken to our county’s sales rep, called several of their numbers, and emailed many people. I’m always given the same answer, “We don’t know anything about this, please call this number or email this person.” This is very frustrating as these iPads are managed centrally on a cart system and therefore tied to one iTunes account through Apple’s Volume Purchasing Program.

We would like to take advantage of the special education pricing stated on their website and purchase an Authentication Code instead of using the In-App Purchase option.

    1. kellitrainer says:

I can help. What school district are you in?

  7. Laura Campbell says:

I have purchased the California Standards 1B Primary Mathematics Teacher’s book, workbook, textbook, test book, manipulatives etc. (basically the entire 1B curriculum). I also plan on purchasing the entire 2A curriculum for homeschool. Is there an authentication code for the Ipad App for Bar Modeling to be used for free (or an adjusted price), since we have already purchased the corresponding curriculum? (Also, I don’t believe that we have an HMH account manager, as the materials were purchased for homeschool use.) We would love to try the new App, since we have been more than pleased with the Singapore Curriculum!
    Thanks in advance,
    Laura Campbell

  8. Rfdg says:

Why I cannot download it? It always appear your request could not be completed. Please help.. Thanks

  11. HeadT says:

I would love to buy this app but am in the UK. Is there a way to buy it as it does not appear in our iTunes store?

  12. ralf tembrevilla says:

Hi I’m a grade school teacher in mathematics. I like the preview of Singapore Bar Model. I believe it is an effective tool in teaching the concept in math lessons.

Please send me the software applicable in computer so that I can use it in teaching my pupils.

    Thank you and God Bless?

  13. Kate says:

I purchased this app. Does it only allow you one turn at each problem? When I go back to a problem I have done already, it no longer allows me to input an answer.

  14. Alex Marriott says:

Love this app but my son broke the glass screen on my iPad. I did the trade in with apple but now my singapore app won’t work because it is a different iPad. Is there a way to have it work on the new iPad? I plan to buy the 5th grade app for next year but would like to use the 4th grade app I bought for review for his final test. I did do the app backup and so far this is the only app I can not get to work again. How do I get the HMH Authentication code? It is not on my iTunes receipt.

  15. Kim says:

After a problem is solved, how do you erase all the work? Also, when I go back to a problem I have solved, it no longer allows me to input an answer. Can each problem
    only be solved once.

  16. Mimi says:

I am using an iPad. I want to get the full version of Singapore Math Grade 2 but it is asking for your HMH authentication code. The In-app Store purchase is not clickable. What am I doing wrong?

  17. Barbara says:

We only have a couple of IPADs, not a class set. How many different student profiles be on the GO Math 5 app? We have to share the IPADs but want each student to have their own work

  18. Matt says:

I cannot purchase the Grade 2 full version. It appears to be real slow, and then it tells me I have already purchased it, but the app is still in demo mode.

    Please help.

  19. Toni Huber says:

I purchased this in the App Store but I don’t seem to have access when I move it to my sons iPad.

Who do I contact for an authentication code?

  20. Cecile says:

I would like to purchase the Bar models for grade 3 but it is NOT available on the French Apple Store!
    Will it be soon?
    Thanks for your help,
